Returns
We accept returns on unused physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in original packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact page before mailing the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Backyard Montana is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow standard processing time for your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and follow the return process for the original item.
Digital Products (If Applicable)
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives defective due to a manufacturing issue (not shipping damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide documentation of shipment, tracking confirmation, and these posted policies.
