Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Backyard Montana is not responsible for delivery delays, carrier errors, or transit-related issues.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

All shipments include tracking information.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If your package is lost, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Backyard Montana does not file carrier claims and does not issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Backyard Montana is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
